 Altair carries the legendary Warmblood genes of his grandfather “De Niro” and “Rubenstein” through his father and the super speed in his mother’s Thoroughbred line of “Storm Cat”, “Secretariat” and “Seattle Slew”.  This Making Pegasus Stallion has world class scope and speed. 

 “Altair” is named after the brightest star in the constellation Aquila (the Eagle) and one of the 12th brightest stars in the night sky, known for its extremely rapid spin that makes it bulge at its equator. Its name comes from the Arabic phrase al-nasr al-tair, meaning "the flying eagle".  

 Like all Making Pegasus stallions, despite his explosive speed, he has a very even gentle temperament and 3 solid gates upon request.
